United States Consulate Office Hours

The Consulate's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. (except for Mexican and U.S. holidays).

Note: The Consular Section is closed to the public on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month for in-service training in addition to the above mentioned closures for U.S. and Mexican holidays.

Applicant Service Center Hours

The Applicant Service Center's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. AND Saturday from 8:00a.m. through 3:00p.m. (except for Mexican and U.S. holidays).

Parking near the United States Consulate General and the Applicant Service Center is very limited.  Applicants are encouraged to use public transportation.  The Pre-tren bus stops at Av. Vallarta & Progreso, one block from the U.S. Consulate.

The call center, where information and visa appointments are obtained, is open Monday to Friday from 8:00a.m. to 8:00p.m. (Central Time) and Saturday from 8:00a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
