The Flag was presented by Petty Officer Castro as a gift to the US Consulate. He just returned from a year-long deployment in Iraq, where this flag flew. Petty Officer Castro was born in Chicago, Illinois, but lived in Guadalajara as a child. He returns to duty for his next assignment in Florida.
