Information for Travelers to Mexico

The Consular Information Sheet includes such information as the location of the U.S. Embassy and Consulates in the country, immigration practices, health conditions, minor political disturbances, unusual currency and entry regulations, crime and security information, and drug penalties. If unstable conditions exist in a country, a description of the condition may be included.

The Consular Information Sheet for Mexico can be obtained in the CCS Unit or may be found on the State Department's Home Page.
